How much does Peregrin cost?
Peregrin is a flat annual subscription sized to your PO volume and vendor count, paid by you, the contractor. We never mark up parts, take a percentage of your orders, or charge transaction fees. Peregrin is not a marketplace: your contract pricing stays yours and is never visible to anyone else. Contact us for a quote sized to your business.
How long does onboarding take?
Most teams fully launch in 3–4 weeks: week 1 is discovery and configuration, weeks 2–3 are catalog build-out (we do it), and week 4 is training and go-live. Your team keeps working normally throughout; nothing about your project workflow has to change.
Will I have to switch vendors?
No. Peregrin works with your existing vendor relationships. We pre-load catalogs from the suppliers you already trust and give you a single platform to manage them all. No forced changes, no broken relationships.
Does Peregrin integrate with my accounting or ERP system?
Yes. Peregrin syncs POs and inventory items with accounting, ERP, estimating, and project management platforms, whether you run QuickBooks, NetSuite, ComputerEase, Bidtracer, COINS, Studio 360, or JobTread. If we don't connect to your system yet, we scope and build the integration with you at no additional cost. No duplicate data entry, everything in sync.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Peregrin is SOC 2 Type II certified, with the report available on request, and has passed enterprise security reviews at national OEMs in building automation. Your contract pricing is tenant-isolated and contractually guaranteed never to be shared with or visible to competitors.
